Iris challenge

Iris is one of the most difficult flowers to paint. I don't think it is necessary to explain why - it's enough if you just look at it and imagine that you need to put its form on canvas!

It is just an etude in oil, a small one, and I enjoyed painting it, although flowers are always a hard task to me! And one more victory for me is that I managed to take a time lapse video of the process, not from the beginning, because as usual I forgot about camera when I started painting, but the details painting stage is taken!!! Aren't I cool?
