Poppies forever!

My etude is ready!

   

This etude is made with contrast colours - yes, not only black and white are contrast, but red and green, or blue and orange, for example. I like to paint poppies, and during this one year of my artist career I have painted them 5 times, all in different techniques: oil with brush on photo 1 and 2, oil with palette knife on photo 3, pastel on photo 4 and watercolour on photo 5!

Maybe I like painting them because red is one of my favourite colours, I like to wear red and have a lot of red accessories.
