2. What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For more information check

3. I've changed my mind or I don't like the artwork anymore... What can I do?

That's a shame, but it happens! You have 15 days after delivery of the work to let us know. You will be refunded once the artwork has been returned to the artist. In the case of returns after cancellation, you are responsible for packaging the work and shipping. 

4. What's your 15-Day return policy?

If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

5. Who pays for return shipping costs?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
