2. Where does artwork ship from?

All works are sent from Hungary, Budapest.

3. What destinations does an artist ship to?

Paintings are delivered all over Europe. But if you fall in love with an artwork but the artist does not ship to your country, simply reach out to the artist via our messaging system with your shipping request.

4. How much does the shipping cost?

Shipping costs are included in the price, regardless of destination.

5. How will my artwork be shipped?
For details on how your artwork will ship, please visit the individual artwork page for the pieces you are interested in. Each item ships individually directly from the artist themselves, so it will vary depending upon how the artist plans to ship it.
Ships in a cardboard box
This item will ship flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box. We work with our artists every step of the way to ensure artworks are shipped according to our very high standards. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of support packaged in to make its journey as safe as possible as it travels from the artist’s studio to your home.
Ships in a crate
This item will ship in a wooden crate. Large artworks are shipped in a very sturdy crate that is built for shipping art all around the world. The crate will contain packaging materials that meet our strict guidelines to keep it firmly in place during its journey, and will be tightly sealed together.
Ships in a tube

This item will arrive rolled in a dent-resistant tube. This method is especially safe for oversized works, and provides lower shipping costs as well. Rolled works can be easily stretched (for canvas works, i.e. placed onto wooden stretcher bars) and/or framed by a local framer upon arrival. Upon immediate delivery, we highly recommend you send any works on paper directly to your framer for cautious, professional unrolling of the artwork.

6. How long does delivery take?

After the payment has been processed, delivery takes 8-15 days on average, which leaves time for packaging and shipping. This may vary depending on the artist's availability, potential framing of a work and the distance between the artist's studio and your home. Whatever happens, we will keep you updated.

7. Is the delivery of the artwork insured?

Absolutely! We organize and insure the transport of the artwork. You have nothing to worry about and there are no hidden costs.

10. My artwork has not yet arrived. What do I do?

 

11. Can I get artworks delivered to a different country or to a different person?
We will deliver to the address you gave on your order. Generally we set the delivery date with the person who will receive the work and whose name you gave. If it's a surprise or a present, let us know!
